*If you purchase place cards and menu cards together, we cannot waive the shipping fee entirely due to platform fees. Shipping will be charged for both items (including Mercari fees), but we will offer a ￥100 discount on the total.

[Shipping Method]
Items will be shipped in a clear plastic bag without cardboard backing (cardboard backing can be added for an additional ￥100 upon request).
The place cards will be sent unfolded, and you will need to fold them yourself.

[Important Notes]
If your wedding date is approaching or you need them urgently, please consult with us *before* purchasing. ?
If you request delivery by a specific date after placing your order, we may not be able to accommodate it due to our current production schedule.
We are not responsible for any accidents during postal transit.

[Errors After Purchase]
If there is a typo due to our error upon delivery, we will correct it free of charge. If the error is due to customer input, there will be a charge of ￥70 per card + ￥400. If the cards have already been produced, even before shipping, a remake will be necessary and will incur the same charges. Adding more guests will also incur the same charges.
